ASHFIELD BOYS’ HIGH SCHOOL PREPARE TO COLOUR DASH

Ashfield Boys’ High School are delighted to announce that their first ever Colour Dash event will take place on Friday April 7th 2017. Staff and pupils of the local Belfast High School will be taking place in this special event to raise vital funds for Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and Aundrea Bannatyne whose son is in YEAR 11 at Ashfield Boys’ High School. Aundrea was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer during the summer of 2016 and will be able to travel to Germany to receive pioneering treatment which in effect, will give her a longer life expectancy with the money raised.

SUPER SIT-UP CHALLENGE FOR NI CHILDREN’S HOSPICE RAISES £1327

Fighting Fit Martial Arts and Fitness Centre are delighted to announce that their super sit-up challenge for NI Children’s Hospice raised a total of £1327. Taking place throughout the month of October members of the centre, located in Millar Street, Belfast, completed 3,000 sit-ups in just 30 days to raise vital funds for the local children’s charity.

£979.44 RAISED FOR NI CHILDREN’S HOSPICE AT MEMORIAL SERVICE

Stephen McCosh presents Catherine O’Hara of NI Children’s Hospice with a cheque for £979.44 which was raised through the annual memorial service organised by Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors.

Stephen McCosh Funeral Directors would like to thank everyone who attended their Annual Christmas Memorial Service on Monday 12th December. At the service a collection was held for N.I. Children's Hospice which raised £979.44. This is the second time the local Shankill funeral directors has supported the Children’s Hospice through their memorial service, raising a total of £452.32 in 2015.

HITTING THE HIGH NOTES FOR NI CHILDREN’S HOSPICE

Donaghadee Male Voice Choir are delighted to announce that a total of £5,000 was raised through their special concert which took place in the Ulster Hall on Saturday 1st October in memory of Robert Wilson MBE. Compered by Gene Fitzpatrick this special concert in aid of Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice featured musical performances from Donaghadee Male Voice Choir, Julia Clarke, Leading Ladies, Bangor Ladies Choir, Donaghadee Community Choir, Festival Brass, Panama Jazz Band and Stephen Hamil.

MOBILITY THAT MAKES A DIFFERENCE

Disability Needs are delighted to announce that they have chosen to support Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and are inviting customers to help them make a special Christmas Gift to the local Children’s Charity. From 11thth November until 23rd December Disability Needs will run a special appeal titled ‘Mobility that Makes a Difference’ which will see the company donate a portion of their sales from both their Belfast and Dublin offices to support the life limited children and their families supported by NI Children’s Hospice.
