Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Northern Ireland Hospice, a firmly established local charity with international impact, is a leader in the provision of palliative care across Northern Ireland, providing specialist care for over 3000 babies, children and adults each year.
We have an opportunity for a highly skilled, committed and dynamic individual to support the Chief Executive Officer, who in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, is leading the organisation into an exciting new era whilst simultaneously shaping the future of Palliative Care in Northern Ireland.
If you have significant experience of working at senior/Board level, can manage a heavy workload while still meeting tight deadlines and love working with people, this could be the role for you. The ability to take and transcribe high quality minutes is an essential part of this role, as are excellent communication skills.
Applicants must have OCR/RSA Stage III Typewriting or Word Processing and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years of working as an Executive PA in a demanding role at Chief Executive and/or Senior Management Level or
Significant experience of working as an Executive PA in a demanding role at Chief Executive and/or Senior Management Level within the last 5 years. Shorthand and/or project management experience would be an advantage.
