Community Nurse
Last year, our community nursing teams supported nearly 4,000 individuals with 14,000 home visits, guiding patients and families through their medical, emotional, and practical challenges.
By funding a nurse, you directly enhance the number of patients we can support and the quality of care they experience.
Family Short Breaks
We provide 'Supported Breaks' for children with complex medical conditions and their families. We ensure they make the most of their stay by taking over care entirely, giving families the chance to rest and enjoy their time together.
