Help Fund a Community Nurse
A donation of £25,000 annually will support a Specialist Community Nurse
Our community nursing teams are experts in symptom and pain management and are highly skilled in the complexities of palliative care. Their dedication helps ensure that patients receive comprehensive, compassionate care at home.
Our mission extends beyond the patient, aiming to support the entire family in achieving a better quality of life. Last year alone, our teams made nearly 14,000 home visits, providing medical, emotional, and practical support directly in the comfort of patients’ homes.
By donating, you can make an immediate impact with a one-time gift or choose to sustain this essential care through a recurring contribution.
