Our Biggest Walk Ever
Join us for an unforgettable day of community, remembrance, and support at the NI Hospice One Big Walk event on Saturday 31st May 2025 at the stunning Stormont Estate in Belfast. This unique 12-hour celebration walk will unite individuals and teams of up to 12 people, all walking in unity to support the vital work of the Northern Ireland Hospice.
A Challenge with Heart
For 43 years, our dedicated supporters have stepped up for NI Hospice through our fundraising walks. This year, we’re making it bigger and better than ever with One Big Walk - a 12-hour endurance challenge like no other, set against the stunning backdrop of Stormont Estate on Saturday, 31st May 2025.
From midday to midnight, teams will take on the challenge of keeping the walk going along the Prince of Wales Avenue. Whether you're a team of four walking three hours each or a group of twelve taking turns for an hour at a time, every step will help provide essential care and support for local families.
What you can expect on the big day.
- 🌟 Walk from midday to midnight – go solo or share the challenge in a relay-style team.
- 🎭 Themed Laps – Join in fun laps like Fancy Dress, Pyjama Walk, and Glow-in-the-Dark!
- 🎶 Live Entertainment – Enjoy performances, music, and on-the-day activities.
- 💜 Candlelit Tribute (11PM) – A powerful moment of remembrance for those we’ve lost.
- 🍔 Food Stalls & Refreshments – Keep fuelled throughout the event.
