This October, we're calling on all fitness enthusiasts, beginners, and everyone in between to take part in our Squat-Tastic Challenge in aid of the Northern Ireland Hospice!
Whether you're looking to boost your fitness, try something new, or simply make a difference, this challenge is for YOU. It's time to squat for a cause that matters!
What is the Squat-Tastic Challenge?
For the entire month of October, challenge yourself to complete 3000 squats for the month (or a target of your choice). You can do them all at once, spread them throughout the day, or team up with friends and family. The aim is to stay active while raising much-needed funds to support NI Hospice in providing compassionate care for those who need it most.

- Register: Sign up for the challenge below.
- Set Your Goal: Whether it's 100 squats a day or a total number for the month, pick a target that challenges you.
- Fundraise: Share your journey with friends, family, and colleagues, and encourage them to sponsor you! Every donation goes directly to NI Hospice.
- Track Your Progress: Keep track of your squats and celebrate your daily wins! Post updates on social media using #SquatTasticNIHospice to inspire others.
- Complete the Challenge: By 31st October, you'll have achieved a fitness goal AND supported an amazing cause.
